Figura Theater of Iceland is the brainchild of Bernd Ogrodnik who serves as Master Puppeteer or the country's National Theater. With formal training in classical music, woodworking, children's book illustrations, and movement arts, Bernd has been a prominent figure in the world of puppetry since 1986. 

Metamorphosis features a collection of hilarious scenarios and imaginative vignettes. A cast of intricate, hand-carved marionettes, hand and finger puppets dramatizes our constantly changing perceptions with poignant stories and great humour.
